How on and off?

7 months is a long time to get something as basic as that. Most pro's would probably only take approx. 3 too do that.
But, It was kinda fun. I have a few suggestions.
1. Create an accel property so that you don't walk at full sped or nothing.
2. Make death animations so its not an abrupt frame change. Or at least a fade out.
3. When completing a level, of course everyone automatically clicks next level. And as there are no stats on that page, it really serves no use other then annoying us.

Looks Great

Looks great, although the game is kinda hard to grasp at first. You really have to start randomly clicking everywhere to find stuff for your inventory.

Kinda hard to grasp...

The hole gameplay element isn't properly explained at first, but it becomes easy to get used to.
Overall, a little bit more explanation was needed.

This game is great, although, as I have said on other places, the 360 slope detection looks a little odd.

Maybe work on a point of difference, so that people don't think that they've played this before.

If this was longer, this would be great. Maybe change the water physics so that it takes longer too sink,

This is pretty good.

Although not as good as some of your cousins stuff. This is great. Shame you only got daily runner up.

Amazing... Utterly amazing. This has a wonderful message. I love it. Amazing visuals, amazing music. Really this is an 11.

This game is kinda fun although not that original. Games like Palisade Gaurdian have done this before.
You should look at making games like these different. Although you have the mortar attacks and airstrikes i still like Palisade more than this.
