[Letz Maek A Flash Gaem]

Nice :P

It's good to have a little comic take on the flash game creating process. Would definitely like to see more of this kind of thing done. It was great! I laughed a lot and it made me realise a few things about what I was doing with my own flash game. Nice work, keep it up!

Basic, but good.

I like the feel of the game, and the graphics are quite polished for a game made in 48 hours. But my biggest problem with the game is the music. It's an alright choice but it's so loud and overbearing it makes the opening cutscene annoying, as you can't listen to the audio, without hearing the music, and ripping your ears out. You just needed to turn it down two notches and I would have reviewed an 8. But overall, a nice game, even if the menu systems seem like rush jobs.

For a 48 hour game

This is pretty good. It's pretty addictive, and the gameplay, although not the most original of mechanics, is great, and enjoyable.
The plain grey and white graphics are nice, although the sprite-work isn't the best. Especially the jump animation. Granted you had 48 hours, but it is a one-frame sprite.
The programmer went a little bit silly with the accel variables, (why on ladders?) but I have found no game breaking glitches.

Overall highly enjoyable, and your late nights were worth it!

Well, to start, the opening menu gave my grandma a seizure. And then the graphics were pretty shit, and there was no real purpose to it. The 3-D effect was about the only nice thing youv'e done...

[Larry And The Gnomes]

Addictive as fuck.

This game is great. The artistry is amazing, as is the programming and the music. It has really addictive gameplay, and the variety of weapons makes it amazing (especially severed heads.) The platforming element breaks up the hacking and slashing to give the game a bit of spice.

The problem with this is that from the boar boss onwards, the difficulty level seems to spike, from relatively easy levels to rather challenging ones.

This is probably the best game of 2010 to date.

Not the place

This is a pretty good engine you have, but it isn't quite yet portal ready. Come back in a couple of months with an actual game, and you'll do much better.

Rather good

The type of graphics used in this game don't really appeal to me, but the idea of the Ph meter was great...

Overall pretty good, but some of the speed and such variables need a bit of tweaking...

Good for an AS beginner

Just a few notes though:
1.When attacked in mid air, you stop falling

2. Don't use keys like ctrl, as when used in certain combinations, they can do stuff to certain programs and computers.

3. I find that your hitboxes are a little bit too low compared to your actual art.

4.Don't bag yourself out like that. The visuals are great. And the coding is fine.
If you fix the few things that I have suggested, I would give you a ten.

This game is actually quite good.
I could imagine it getting featured (possibly this demo could as well.)

We'll see if it does, honestly if i was going for ratings, i woulda released it around 7 PM, but I just wanted to get it out.

The controll scheme thing to me has always worked, I think it's because Tomb Raider was the first computer game I ever really played, and it had a nearly identical control scheme, and I just got used to it.
It's one of those things I don't know unless I release demos like this, so I'm glad info is coming back.

This is pretty good.

Great flash, and it must have been push push poush since the controversy to get it out on time, but I like it.
BTW: What has 26 legs and can't climb a ladder?
